Detroit-style
Detroit-style pizza crust is a unique style originating from Detroit, Michigan. It’s known for several distinctive characteristics that set it apart from other pan pizzas or deep-dish styles. Traditionally baked in rectangular or square steel pans (these pans where originally from Detroit automobile factories!).
Flatbread
